As the hands-on Director of Living Property Management I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, backed by over 18 years’ experience in rentals and property investment.

My journey in property management has been shaped by a wide range of qualifications and experience, including a Real Estate Sales License, Marketing Diploma, Skills Property Management, Meth Testing Certificate and managing our own property portfolio. This background gives me a well-rounded understanding of both the industry and what owners truly need.

I am known for my problem-solving and mediation skills, conflict resolution and building strong, lasting relationships throughout the rental process.

Hawke’s Bay is home for my family: we live in Havelock North, where my family has lived for two generations. This community is at the heart of what I do, and I am committed to serving it with integrity and dedication.
